Thank you for taking the time to apply for Umina Twilight Markets. This is a general market and we have roughly 50 stalls. This event is a more intimate event compared to the usual day time market and will be located on the beach side of the park.
In order to submit your application, please complete the application form below. All requirements and details are stated on our Event Info document below. Please read this before applying.
Applications without social media or a website showcasing the products will not be processed (All products listed on the application must be visible on social media or website, otherwise the application will not be processed. Sending photos via email is not sufficient). No response will be given to incomplete applications and no reply will be given to any emails asking for special treatment that do not have social media.

General Stall 3/3m Gazebo:
Option A: $132- Driving onsite allowed to unload/pack-up*
Option B: $110- No driving onsite.
Option C: $88- Limited availability. No Driving onsite. Can only set-up after 3pm and must be completely off the grounds by 9pm.
Option D: $143- 3/3m Gazebo (no trailers allowed)
Option E: $198- Food Truck/Trailor (not taking new applicants at this stage)
Small stall Table only (2m long max):
Option F: $66- No driving onsite. Cannot have gazebos, Umbrella only.
*All vehicles must be removed once offloaded, further details on driving onsite in T&C.
*Small stalls are a single table only (no longer than 2m). You may bring an umbrella if you wish. No gazebos for small stalls allowed.
* All stalls must bring their own equipment including gazebo, tables, etc.
