UMINA Beach MARKETS

 Thank you for taking the time to apply for Umina Markets. This is a general market and we have roughly 100 stalls.

In order to submit your application, please complete the application form below. All requirements and details are stated on our Event Info document below. Please read this before applying. Applications will be processed within 7 business days.

Applications without social media or a website showcasing the products will not be processed (All products listed on the application must be visible on social media or website, otherwise the application will not be processed. Sending photos via email is not sufficient). No response will be given to incomplete applications and no reply will be given to any emails asking for special treatment that do not have social media.

General Stall 3/3m Gazebo: 

Option A: $121- Driving onsite allowed to unload/pack-up* (Limited spots)

Option B: $99- No driving onsite.  

Small stall Table only (2m long max):

Option C: $55- No driving onsite. Cannot have gazebos, Umbrella only. (set-up after 7:30am)

General Double Stall 3/6m Gazebo*:

Option D: $198- Driving onsite allowed to unload/pack-up* 

Food Stalls:

Option E: $143- 3/3m Gazebo. No tailers allowed. No food trailers allowed. Food vans may be considered.

Charity or not for profit* stall (single table or gazebo):

Option F: $55. May not drive onsite. May only attend 3 markets per year max.
 

*All vehicles must be removed once offloaded, further details on driving onsite in T&C.

*Small stalls are a single table only (no longer than 2m). You may bring an umbrella if you wish. No gazebos for small stalls allowed.

*Double stalls available for single businesses only, shared businesses may not have the discounted rate.

* All stalls must bring their own equipment including gazebo, tables, etc.

* Charities and not for profits need to be registered and certificate evidence must be provided if requested.

Most applications that are not accepted will be notified, however feedback will not be provided.

Applications will be processed within 7 business days. We do not take new applicants the days leading to the event.
