Thank you for taking the time to apply for Burwood Markets, located at Woodstock Park, Burwood (Sydney). This is a general market and we have a capacity for roughly 50 stalls.
In order to submit your application, please complete the application form below. All requirements and details are stated on our Event Info document below. Please read this before applying. Applications should be processed within 7 business days.
Stallholders without social media/website, please provide photos of your product on the attachment section at the bottom of the application form.
Please read our event information (T&C) on the PDF down below. Note we do not provide any equipment, you must bring your own tables, chairs, gazeboes etc. GST included in the prices.
Outdoor Spaces (No driving onsite):
Option A: $143 Gazebo 3/3m
Option B: $88- Single table 2m max *
Outdoor Spaces: Food Stalls (driving onsite allowed)
Option C: $176 Gazebo 3/3m
Option D: $220 Food van
Indoor & Semi indoor spaces (No driving onsite):
Option E: $143 tables 3/3m space
Option F: $88 Single table 2m max (indoor)
Option G: $88 Single table 2m max (veranda undercover)
*Small stalls are a single table only (no longer than 2m). You may bring an umbrella if you wish (no umbrellas for indoor/veranda spaces). No gazebos for small stalls allowed.
* All stalls must bring their own equipment including gazebo, tables, etc.
* Charities and not for profits need to be registered and certificate evidence must be provided if requested.
Most applications that are not accepted will be notified, however feedback will not be provided.
Applications will be processed within 7 business days. We do not take new applicants the days leading to the event.
